Social Advocacy

A key objective for the Local London Skills Providers network is to positively engage with underrepresented groups to ensure that everyone can access and benefit from the training we offer. We also want to make sure that employers and training providers embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in their strategies and activities.

Our Social Advocacy Board will guide us in our efforts to make this a reality, and advise on how best to engage with underrepresented groups and optimise opportunities for all.

Members of our Social Advocacy Board will consist of practitioners who work with underrepresented groups.

We also encourage employers to consult the Workforce Integrated Network (WIN) resources to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace.
